BASIC RENTAL POLICIES:

One year leases.

One month’s rent in advance with one month’s security deposit.

Most properties have restrictions on pets.  When they are approved, there is an additional deposit and additional monthly rentals fees may apply.

Successful applicants will have a steady work history and a monthly income where the rent is no more than 25% of the monthly income.   We are also looking for a reasonable income to debt ratio.

OUR APPLICATION PROCESS:

When we have a vacancy we post it on Zillow Rentals, Trulia and Hot Pads.  Occasionally we post it on Face Book’s Marketplace.  If you see a vacancy that you want to be considered for you will need to fill out a Prospective Tenant Information Sheet which can be downloaded here.   Please be sure to fill it out completely.  Incomplete forms may not be considered.

Once we get the application we will review it and call you to discuss the apartment and give you an opportunity to ask questions and we will also take the opportunity to ask questions about your application.  After the initial phone interview we will arrange a viewing of the apartment if your application is approved for further consideration.  Somewhere along the line you may be required to provide a current credit report.  When that happens you can obtain your Free Annual Credit Report  here.
