Current Vacancies and Basic Rental Policies

CURRENT VACANCIES :

We currently have 1 upcoming vacancy in Hatton Lane Apartment #3 effective mid August 2018 that will rent for $425 a month.

HOW TO GET ON OUR MAILING LIST FOR FUTURE VACANCIES:

1. Review the BASIC RENTAL POLICIES below.
2. Provide a completed Rental Application to barrymartin771@gmail.com.   Please be sure to provide full information on all of your monthly expenses on the application.  Failure to do so may delay the review process.   Fell free to write on the back of the form.  Remember to provide the following expenses’ $ amounts : car insurance, phone, health insurance, child care expenses, student loans, cable, furniture rentals, and any other bills you are paying.

BASIC RENTAL POLICIES:

One year leases.

One month’s rent in advance with one month’s security deposit.

Some properties have restrictions on pets.

Applicants must have steady work history and adequate rent to income ratio and reasonable income to debt ratio.

All applicants must fill out a Prospective Tenant Information Sheet which can be downloaded here.   PLEASE NOTE:  The form is not editable.  It will need to be printed in order to fill it out.   It can then be scanned and emailed to barryandgwen@icloud.com, mailed to us through the regular mail system to Barry Martin, 248 Pisgah Church Road, Rice, VA 23966, or you can take a photo of it with your phone and email it to us.  If you are having problems with the download, click here to request we email or snail mail you a copy.

Applicants may be requested to provide a current credit report.   Free annual credit reports may be obtained here.
